Meet the Team

Michael Meiran

Founder

Michael brings a rare blend of architectural insight and systems expertise to the world of facilities and workplace management. With over 30 years in the architecture and engineering industries—and more than 15 years specializing in IWMS platforms—he’s the bridge between your floorplans and your digital workflows.
Before co-founding FIG, Michael led national IWMS programs across government agencies, pharmaceutical firms, manufacturers, foundations, and university campuses. He’s known for making complex systems approachable, and for keeping large, multi-phase implementations running on time and under control.

Michael’s superpower? Seeing both the 10,000-foot strategy and the under-the-hood details—and making sure they connect.

How we work

TRAC Workplace Solutions helps organizations improve how they manage the built environment through practical workplace system consulting, implementation, support, and operational guidance.
We work with organizations that need better ways to manage space, assets, maintenance, property operations, building data, reporting, and daily workflows. Our experience includes IWMS, CMMS, CAFM, BAS, and related workplace and facility technology platforms.
TRAC is built for organizations that need more than software advice. We help connect systems, data, people, and processes so workplace and facility teams can make better decisions, improve efficiency, and support the operations that keep buildings and organizations moving.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help organizations simplify workplace and facility operations by aligning the right systems, data, people, and processes. We support clients through system selection, change management, implementation, training, reporting, property management support, building assessments, and TRAC Assist | Post-Implementation Support. Our goal is to help workplace and facility teams use technology in a practical way that improves daily operations, increases visibility, and creates measurable value.

Our Vision

Our vision is to become a trusted partner for organizations seeking smarter, more connected built environment solutions. TRAC aims to help clients move beyond disconnected tools, unclear data, and manual processes by supporting workplace management systems and facility operations that are easier to use, easier to maintain, and better aligned with real business needs.

Our Core Values

Practical Expertise - We believe solutions should work in the real world, not just on paper. TRAC brings hands-on experience with workplace systems, facility operations, data, reporting, space, assets, maintenance, and building-related workflows. Trust and Accountability - We work to earn trust by being clear, responsive, and reliable. Our clients should know what is being done, why it matters, and how it supports their goals.

Clear Communication - Successful projects depend on clear expectations, plain language, and practical guidance. We help clients understand their systems, workflows, and options without unnecessary complexity.

Partnership - TRAC works alongside client teams as a consultant, project partner, trainer, or added support resource. We adapt to the need, whether the work involves strategy, implementation, operations, or ongoing support.

Continuous Improvement - Workplace and facility operations change over time. We help clients keep systems, data, processes, and training aligned as needs evolve.

How We Work

TRAC brings structure, clarity, and practical support to workplace and facility technology projects.

We begin by understanding the organization’s goals, systems, data, users, and operational challenges. From there, we help define the right path forward, whether that means selecting a new platform, improving an existing system, preparing teams for change, supporting implementation, developing training materials, improving reports, or providing ongoing support through TRAC Assist | Post-Implementation Support. Our approach is straightforward: understand the need, align the tools, support the people, improve the data, and help the organization operate with more confidence.
